I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks for the delivery of my table on Friday. It arrived without any hassle, was beautifully and carefully packaged, and looks absolutely stunning in my dining room.

I must also mention that I was quite anxious ordering online, as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I am genuinely thrilled — the table is even more beautiful in person than it appeared in the photographs. It has completely exceeded my expectations.

Thank you so much for such excellent service and a wonderful product. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail.

From the very first purchase I was impressed with their quality, style, and attention to detail. Their pieces are not only beautiful and durable, but the craftsmanship feels premium without the premium price tag.

The online orders arrived exactly as described, packaged well, and in perfect condition. If you’re looking to build a home with authentic furniture that lasts, I highly recommend Velvet Home & Living.

Outstanding Service from Brendan and the Velvet Furniture Team!

I bought my beautiful coffee table from Velvet Furniture about a year ago, and recently it got damaged by a cleaning company. I reached out to Brendan for help, and he went above and beyond — not only did he fix it for me at no cost at all, but he also tried to match my two side tables for me.

It’s rare to find such genuine customer care and pride in workmanship these days. Brendan and his team were professional, kind, and truly stand behind their products.

Highly recommend Velvet Furniture to anyone looking for quality pieces and exceptional service.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Brendan and his team.

Our beautiful Chef’s island and Harbour rattan chairs were delivered safely and professionally to Cape Town.

The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

I highly recommend Velvet Home and Living for their high-quality furniture and exceptional service.

Simone was wonderful in assisting me with my online purchase. Although I was some distance away, she sent through videos/photos etc to help me understand the product specs and my furniture arrived so carefully packaged (and a day early) which was fantastic!! Thank you again!

Beautiful, wonderfully made furniture. We purchased both outdoor and indoor furniture and every piece is lovely. We are particularly fond of the cross back counter stools and xx console table which makes a great sofa console.

Thank you Velvet for providing on trend, well made furniture at affordable prices!
